(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health and possess a valid foreign passport;
(2) Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree to a Bachelor's degree in China.
2. Language Proficiency Requirements
English-taught Programs
(1) Applicants whose native language or official language is English are exempt from providing English language certification.
(2) Applicants whose native language or official language is not English are required to submit the results of the IELTS (6.0 or above), TOEFL (80 points or above, SDU's DI code: C296), MyBest Scores (80 points or above) and Essentials test (8 points or above), or other equivalent certificates of English proficiency.
(3) Applicants whose native language or official language is not English and who have obtained their highest degree in an institution where the primary language of instruction is English, do not need to provide IELTS/TOEFL scores but must submit a letter of proof.

Program Description
1. Program Introduction
Editor Notes: This program is divided into two stages: course work and clinical internship / scientific research.
- Students for both master’s programs of biomedicine and medical science should finish first-year coursework.
- Based on their emphasis in research, they could select courses from a common curriculum system and complete at least 16 credits.
- They are also required to attend the frontier science forum organized by the school at least eight times, which can also be added to the total credit requirement.
- A qualification exam is set at the end of the first academic year and only those who pass the exam are eligible to continue on with the program.
- Those students are also expected to finish master’s dissertation during the second or third year.
- Students are free to participate in research activities in different departments of basic medicine and clinical medicine.
- The research activities are in forms of weekly seminars or small academic symposiums.

The physical examinations must be fully filled in. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, and the official stamp of the hospital, and a stamped photograph will not be considered. Ensure your physical examination remains valid during your application time as the result is valid for only 6 months.
